The Bel'Veth change is the one worth tracking: pushing power out of the early game and into scaling usually takes a jungler out of the blind-pick pool for a couple of weeks while players relearn the timings. The buffed tanks — Maokai, Zac, Alistar, Volibear — tend to be the safest early-split picks after a patch like this, because tanks are less sensitive to a meta that has not settled.
